Rory Alexa (Adolfo Pirelli / Costume Designer)
Rory is so happy to be back on the Fort Salem stage, this time stepping into one of many dream roles. Rory was recently seen in the developmental production “Beethoven: Live in Concert “ (Mozart) with several other acting credits including Matilda (Ensemble), It Shoulda Been You (Rebecca Steinberg), The Addams Family (The Puritan), and Cabaret (Kit Kat Girl) to name a few. On the flip side, this is Rory’s first time costuming for Fort Salem with previous costuming credits including Peter and the Star Catcher, Mean Girls, Fun Home, Matilda, Once, Ordinary Days, and The Addams Family. Working with James in any capacity is always the best time, and Rory thanks him immensely for this opportunity. Rory would also like to thank Mike for his incredible costuming assistance and Ethan for his never-ending love and support.

James Alexander (Sweeney Todd/Director)
James Alexander is a long time Capital Region performer, appearing at multiple theaters across the area over the last decade. He was recently seen as Dewey Finn in 'School of Rock' (SLOC), and appeared here in Salem as Riff Raff in 'The Rocky Horror Show' two Octobers back.
'Sweeney Todd' marks his directorial debut at Salem, though he has previously directed SLOC’s recent productions of 'Once' and 'Matilda'. Thank you for embarking on what I believe to be a daring but poignant take on the classic horror musical. Thank you to Kyle for his trust and support, to Jess for her long-standing assistance, and to Molly for everything, always.

Travis Barone (Judge Turpin, Sweeney U/S)
Travis is incredibly thrilled to be making his debut with Fort Salem in this electrifying production of “Sweeney Todd.” He is a staple of the local theater community performing with various theaters across upstate NY. He was last seen in Home Made Theater's production of “The Secret Garden” (Dr. Nevill Craven.) He would like to thank his amazing wife Kerrie Barone for all of the countless support and love, as well as their son Gideon for giving him the motivation to strive to be better every day!

Kat Beaulac (Ensemble)
[She/Her] Kat is a 9th grader who is very excited to be apart of Fort Salem's production of Sweeney Todd. Kat has appeared in "Lightning Thief" (Sally), "Newsies" (Crutchie), "Into the Woods Jr." (Cinderella), "Fun Home" (Little Alison), "The Little Mermaid" (Ariel), "13 the Musical" (Cassie), "School of Rock" (Summer Hathaway), "Matilda Jr." (Matilda). Kat has also done local commercials for NYS Health Department and participated in a short film at Feirstien Grad School.

Michael Bertone (Fogg, Assistant Costume Desiger)
Michael is delighted to return to the stage after a long hiatus! A newcomer to NY theatre, he previously worked semi-professionally both on and offstage across VA, NC, MD, and Washington D.C. Michael holds a B.A. in Theatre from VCU, specializing in acting and costume design. Acting credits include One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, Deathtrap, and The Lost Colony. His wardrobe credits include The Lion King (Gazelle Tour), War Horse (US Tour), and Hamilton (Angelica Tour). A former teacher turned artist, he’s honored to make his New York stage debut with Sweeney Todd!

Rowan T. Breen (Ensemble, Sound Designer)
[He/Him] Rowan attended SUNY SCCC as a Performance major, and an Audio Science major (as well as SUNY Potsdam, 2027, majoring in Music Business). Rowan has performed as a pianist, vocalist, and classical musician since a young age. He has worked as an audio engineer in performances of Fort Salem Theater's "Mary Poppins," "Godspell," and "Snow Business." He is an audio engineer who frequently appears in theaters around the capitol region in various audio engineering roles.

Maureen Cossey (Ensemble, Understudy Beggar Woman)
[She/Her] Maureen (Moe) is a local theater professional, musician and actor. She attended the Crane School of Music and SUNY Albany, majoring in Vocal Performance. For the past several years, she has been the resident Stage Manager and Event Production Coordinator at Hubbard Hall Center for the Arts and Education in Cambridge, NY. Fort Salem Theater credits include 'Mary Poppins' (Mrs. Andrew), 'Little Shop of Horrors' (Voice of Audrey II), 'Bright Star' (Mama Murphy), 'Pirates of Penzance' (Edith), 'There’s No Business Like Snow Business' (Featured Performer), 'Pride and Prejudice' and 'Steel Magnolias' (Stage Manager). Other recent stage roles include Mother Abbess (alternate) in 'The Sound of Music' (HMT), and Sister Margaretta in 'The Sound of Music' (MACC). Recent Creative Team Production credits include: 'Ragtime' (Sand Lake Center for the Arts, Lighting Designer), 'Fiddler on the Roof' (Bennington Monument Arts and Cultural Center, Stage Manager), 'What the Constitution Means to Me' (Stage Manager, Lighting Designer), 'Valley Song' (Lighting Designer), 'Dancing at Lughnasa' (Stage Manager and Lighting Designer). This summer, she will be directing the Youth and Teen Theater programs at Hubbard Hall!
When not on stage or behind the scenes, Moe also serves as a music minister and organist at several local churches.

Kim Crossway (Ensemble)
[She/Her] Kim is an actress from Glenville, NY, who recently graduated from SUNY Purchase with a BA in Theatre and Performance. She has done many shows in the Capital District and at college, most recently R’Ville Stage Creation’s production of "Little Shop of Horrors" (Audrey) and Classic Theater Guild’s "Lend Me A Tenor." She also works as a Princess Performer for Hill City Ice Queen Princess Parties, bringing joy to children and children at heart all over the Capital Region, Central NY, and more! Select Purchase credits include: her capstone project "The Haunting of Campbell House" (Tess), "Ride the Cyclone" (Jane Doe), and "The Attic" (Samurai/Anchorman). She filled many tech-related roles in shows on campus, such as co-producer and set designer ("The Haunting of Campbell House") and co-stage manager ("She Kills Monsters"). She hopes you enjoy attending the tale of "Sweeney Todd" with her!

Laura Darling (Lighting Designer)
Laura walked onto a Sesame Street Live stage at 3 years old and decided never to leave. In her spare time, she practices law to feed her theater habit. She is a playwright, actress, director, props, costume and light designer. Thank you so much to Joe for his love and support, and to the hard working cast and crew for their work on this show. Support the arts in all its forms!

Meghan DiMeglio (Beggar Woman)
[She/Her] Credits include: "RENT" (Ensemble soloist) at GFCT, "Joseph and the Amazing..." (Narrator) at SLOC, "The Sound of Music" (Nun/Baroness Elberfeld) at Home Made Theater, "Oliver! The Musical" (Nancy) at Hendersonville Community Theater, and "Bye-Bye Birdie" (Rose Alvarez) at Schuylerville Theater. Meghan is beyond thrilled to return to the stage for this production. This debut with Fort Salem Theater has been an incredible experience. Meghan would like to thank the cast and crew for all of their hard work and dedication. Keith DuBois (Anthony Hope)
[He/Him] This is Keith's first production with Fort Salem. Last summer, he performed in the Ten4Ten showcase here and has since been involved in numerous productions with Playhouse Stage Company, including "Heathers" (JD), "Spring Awakening" (Moritz), "Legally Blonde," "A Christmas Story" (PSM), and "Schoolhouse Rock." He will also be featured in "The Little Mermaid" this summer. Keith served as the Senior Stage Director for Carpe Diem Theatre's productions last summer. A graduate of Ballston Spa High School, he performed in many productions there as well.

Jessica Teresa FitzSisti (Music Director)
[She/Her] Jess is making her Musical Directorial debut (for Fort Salem anyway!) at this production of 'Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street'! She is a professional pianist (been playing since she was five years old!) and Saxophone player (She started Alto Sax in the 5th grade!) and has performed in copious pits across the state! More recently, in the Capitol Region, she was in the pits for Fort Salem’s 'Into The Woods' (Pianist), SLOC’s 'Peter and the Starcatcher' (Reed 1), 'Spring Awakening' (Pianist), 'Matilda' (Pianist), and CP’s Not So Common Players 'Gypsy' (Pianist), and 'Little Shop of Horrors' (Reed 1)! She additionally, music directed a youth production of 'Mean Girls' (Music Director) at SLOC this past November! Jess has played in pit orchestras for schools and community theaters, performed in multiple music ensembles (both instrumental and vocal) and has acted on stage all across NY since she was 12 years old! Jess was even the lead in the production of SLOC’s 'It Shoulda Been You' (Jenny) in 2023!! By day, she is the 4-6th grade Elementary Band Director at Lansingburgh CSD! She’s additionally the district’s pianist!! Jess holds a BA and MA in Music Education from SUNY Fredonia and is currently working on her Doctorate in Education at the University of Buffalo! Jess is enthralled to be involved in a more directorial way here at Fort Salem and wishes the cast and crew much luck in their performances. She is enormously proud of the actors in this production and members of the crew/production team, and hopes you all see just how much passion everyone has put into this production! She would also like to thank her husband, Peter (the trumpet player for this production!!!), for being her rock in every avenue of her life, her fellow musician in varying pits, and for being the reason she got back into the theater!

Will Heatley (Beadle Bamford)
[He/Him] Will is humbled to be returning to Fort Salem Theater for the first time in 25 years for this production of 'Sweeney Todd'!! Recent Credits- 'The Bridges of Madison County' (Robert), 'End of the Rainbow' (BBC Presenter), 'Solstice' (Ray Foster- Originated Role), 'The Heidi Chronicles' (Peter), 'The Last Five Years' (Jamie). He has featured in ensembles with Patti LuPone on tour, taken the stage in Russia, and performed with guest artists and soloists in several regional and internationally recognized Chorales and Cabarets. Will has worked with The Ghent Playhouse, Schenectady Light Opera Co., Curtain Call Theater, Home Made Theater, Albany Civic Theater, Proctor's Theater, Cohoes Music Hall, Bunbury Players, Company of Curiosities, The Egg, Universal Preservation Hall, Missoula Children's Theater, SCT, and has featured in HBO's 'Succession', 'The Gilded Age'.
When not performing, Will works as a high school teacher, producer and media coordinator, writes and performs original plays and music, provides analysis and punditry for association football, and enjoys reviewing and critiquing whatever shows he's binging. He wishes to thank his family (Mum, Dad, J) and friends for their continued love and support, his fellow castmates, and to the entire production team (Kyle, James, Jess, and Molly) for the opportunity. Charles J. I. Krawczyk (Resident Scenic Designer)
[He/Him] Charles/Chuck is a well-rounded artist with experience in creative writing, HDR photography, graphic design and 3D rendering, improvisational piano, original song composition and scenic design for theater. While attending Southern Vermont College 2001-2005 (bachelor’s in liberal arts) he worked summers at Old Castle Theater in Bennington, VT (2000 to 2005) where he learned, by observation, the creative nuances of set design as he worked as a stagehand. Charles is currently the Resident Scenic Designer and an Artistic Associate for Fort Salem Theater where, in October 2021, he debuted a design for The Diary of Anne Frank. In the 2022 season, he went on to design: Little Shop of Horrors, Steel Magnolias, Pride and Prejudice, Grease, The Wizard of Oz: Youth Edition, Bright Star, I Love You Because, Spring Awakening, You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown, Footloose, The Little Mermaid Jr., The Pirates of Penzance, The Rocky Horror Slow, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Into the Woods, Beethoven, Godspell, Mary Poppins, and The Drowsy Chaperone, along with designing Grant’s Ghost for Hubbard Hall on the side. Charles has also directed Shakespeare’s Titus Andronicus in 2004 at his then-former High School, and The Glass Menagerie at Southern Vermont College in 2009.
Prior to his work at Fort Salem Theater, Charles has over eight years of set design experience, artistic/stage directing, assistant directing and serving as a theatrical creative-solutions consultant (for a local high school drama club). Shows he has designed there include: The Diary of Anne Frank (2007), Once Upon a Mattress, Rumors, The Importance of Being Earnest, Beauty and the Beast, Into the Woods, Twelve Angry Jurors, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, And Then There Were None, The Sound of Music, Noises Off, Shrek the Musical, and ended his run there with The Mousetrap (2015).
After taking some time away from theatrical design Charles feels truly thankful and honored to reignite his passion for design at Fort Salem Theater and is very honored to have helped design Grant’s Ghost for Hubbard Hall’s current presentation.

Mel Magri (Stage Manager)
[She/They] Mel is a playwright, songwriter, and published poet excited who recently work on Fort Salem Theater productions of “Into the Woods” (Assistant Stage Manager), “ICU” (Stage Manager), and “Macbethany” (Stage Manager).
She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Music and Music Business from Five Towns College where she graduated valedictorian of her class, and has worked in many facets of the arts both on and off stage. -
Kason Mulderry (Ensemble, Pirelli u/s)
[He/Him] Coming back to the FST stage for his second time, Kason is ecstatic to be a part of the cast. 'Sweeney Todd' has been a dream show of his and to be able to perform in it is simply a dream come true. Previously, he had appeared as Ted in 'Peter and the Starcatcher' (SLOC), Steward in 'Into the Woods' (FST), and Otto in 'Spring Awakening' (SLOC). 'Sweeney Todd' holds a special place in Kason's heart as it was the first Broadway show he ever saw. He cannot wait to share this story with everyone. He is grateful to the cast and crew for all the work they've done in this show and thankful to his friends and family for always pushing him to follow his dreams.

Charlie Palmer (Tobias)
[He/Him] Charlie Palmer is a 7th grader at Shenendehowa Central Schools and is thrilled to make his Fort Salem Theater debut in "Sweeney Todd!" He has been performing since the age of five and has appeared in over 20 productions. Some of his favorite roles include "Falsettos" (Jason), "School of Rock" (Mason), and "Matilda" (Nigel) at SLOC Musical Theater; "Peter Pan, a Musical Adventure" (John Darling) with Home Made Theater; "Newsies Jr." (Crutchie) with Shenendehowa Middle School Drama Club; "Into the Woods Jr." (Rapunzel’s Prince) with Theater Institute at Sage Teens; "The Little Mermaid" (Flounder) with Capital District Arts Initiative (CDAI); "You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown" (Charlie Brown) with Masterclass Performing Arts; and "Frozen Jr." (Prince Hans) with Carpe Diem Theater. When not on stage, he enjoys creative writing, using his imagination, and spending time outdoors. Charlie is grateful to the cast, crew, and his family for their support!

Liam Reynolds (Ensemble)
[He/Him/His] Liam is home schooled and in his senior year. Liam started dancing at the age of three. He is classically trained in ballet, along with tap, jazz, and modern. Liam has performed with the Albany Berkshire Ballet for their Nutcracker holiday tours (Fritz). Liam then discovered musicals and added that to his love of the stage. Liam has appeared in 'Pippin' (Theo), 'Mamma Mia!' (Ensemble), 'Chicago' (Amos/Ensemble), 'Legally Blonde' (Kyle/Ensemble), 'Footloose' (Uncle Wes/Ensemble), 'The Sound of Music' (Herr Zeller/Ensemble), 'Gypsy' (Farmboy/Angie). He made his Fort Salem Theatre debut in 'Footloose' (Ensemble), 'The Pirates of Penzance' (Pirate/Police), 'The Rocky Horror Show' (Phantom/Rehearsal Brad), 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' (Francis Flute), 'Mary Poppins' (Neleus/Ensemble), 'The Drowsy Chaperone' (Gangster #1), 'Our Town' (Wally Webb), and recently at the Schuylerville Community Theatre, 'The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee' (William Barfée). When not on the stage, Liam is a self-taught yoyo trick master.

Siobhan Shea (Assistant Director)
[She/Her] Siobhan Shea (AD) has been featured as an actor in a number of shows throughout the Capital Region. Out of the spotlight Siobhan has directed for Creative Action Unlimited, Confetti Stage, and CTP. Most recently she has been ADing for 'Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead' with Albany Civic -- we open May 16th! As always, she would like to thank her friends and family, and her Favorite Pizza Place for their continued support.

Kelly Sienkiewicz (Ensemble/Mrs. Lovett Understudy/Choreographer)
[She/Her] Kelly Sienkiewicz is elated to be returning to the Fort Salem stage in this dream show! Previous FST credits include "Godspell" (Kelly/Choreographer/Costumer), "Into the Woods" (Florinda), "The Rocky Horror Show" (Magenta/Trixie/Co-Choreographer/Costumer), and "Pirates of Penzance" (Isabel; Ruth/Mabel/Edith/Kate understudy). Other favorite credits include "Young Frankenstein" (Inga), "Mary Poppins" (Mary Poppins), "Jekyll & Hyde" (Lucy), "The Marvelous Wonderettes" (Missy), "9 to 5" (Judy), "Heathers" (Heather Chandler), "Little Shop of Horrors" (Audrey), and "Legally Blonde" (Elle Woods). Molly Waters (Mrs. Lovett/Fight Choreographer)
[She/Her] Molly is an upstate NY actor and stage combatant specializing in Shakespeare’s work. Local on-stage credits include 'Bells Are Ringing' (Ella), 'Gypsy' (Dainty June), 'Seminar' (Izzy), 'Beethoven: Live in Concert' (Ensemble), 'Mary Poppins' (Mrs. Lark), 'Rocky Horror Show' (Phantom), 'She Kills Monsters' (Kaliope), and 'American Soldiers' (Angela). Professional credits include 'Othello' (Desdemona), 'Twelfth Night' (Viola), 'The Little Foxes' (Zan). Molly has appeared across the West Coast and Canada touring with Missoula Children’s Theater in 'Aladdin' (Genie) & 'Red Riding Hood' (Big Bad Wolf). Off-Stage, Molly has also been seen throughout the Capital Region choreographing fights for various theaters and colleges, designing sets ('Once', 'Matilda', 'Peter and the Starcatcher'), and has recently made her directorial debut with 'Peter and the Starcatcher' (SLOC). She would like to thank her family, friends, and her fiancé James for everything. Always.

Kyle West (Producer)
[He/Him] Kyle has served as the Executive and Artistic Director of Fort Salem Theater since 2021, earning recognition as one of the Top 10 New York State LGBTQ+ Leaders by I NY in June 2023. As of March 2025, he also serves as the Company Manager for Williamstown Theatre Festival's 2025 season, managing a team of nearly 300 artists from around the world on 8 productions across various venues in Williams and North Adams, Massachusetts. Kyle is an adjudicator for the High School Musical Theater Awards (The Jimmy Awards) and a board member of the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce.
A member of the Stage Directors & Choreographers Society (SDC), Kyle has over three decades of experience in theater as a producer, director, choreographer, designer, and performer. His work has earned acclaim and recognition from the AriZoni Awards of Excellence, BroadwayWorld Awards, Column Awards, Annie Awards, MET Awards, and MHSDG Awards, among others. His creative credits include Hairspray, Next to Normal, Evita, White Christmas, I Love You Because, Fiddler on the Roof, Guys and Dolls, The Music Man, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, A Man of No Importance, West Side Story, Footloose, Into the Woods, RENT, The Rink, The Boyfriend, Schoolhouse Rock Live, Little Shop of Horrors, A Chorus Line, Chicago, Grease, La Cage aux Folles, The World Goes ‘Round, Cabaret, Pirates of Penzance, My Favorite Year, Annie, and Fame.
At Fort Salem Theater, Kyle has directed and choreographed Salem Under The Stars, The Marvelous Wonderettes, Next to Normal, There’s No Business Like Snow Business, Grease, The Pirates of Penzance, Agnes of God, and Mary Poppins. He has also designed costumes for Pride & Prejudice, Grease, and Bright Star. Most recently, he made his onstage debut in The Rocky Horror Show and played Gangster #2 in The Drowsy Chaperone.

Jenna Wilkinson (Johanna)
[She/Her] Jenna Wilkinson is so excited to be bringing this rendition of 'Sweeney Todd' to life. Previous performance credits include 'The Rocky Horror Show' (Janet), 'Grease' (Frenchy), and 'The Marvelous Wonderettes' (Missy) at FST, as well as 'Heathers' (Veronica Sawyer), 'The Drowsy Chaperone' (Janet van de Graff), 'Thoroughly Modern Millie' (Millie), and 'The 25th Annual... Spelling Bee' (Olive Ostrovsky) among others. Jenna holds her Bachelor's degree in Law & Society, and is currently attending school at Russell Sage College to obtain her Master's degree in Counseling & Community Psychology as well as her licensure in mental health counseling (LMHC). Through Sage, Jenna has also become a certified Sexual Assault Counselor and is proud to work as an advocate for survivors of domestic violence. She would like to thank her bunny, Benito, and her 25+ plant children for being such an attentive audience while she practiced in her room, and her parents for being her biggest supporters!
