ENSEMBLE, TEACHER, JILL

Rose is thrilled to be making her Fort Salem Debut! She started her theater career in high school with “Hairspray” (Dynamite) and went on to receive a B.S. in Theater from SUNY Oneonta. She has also studied acting in the city at Circle in the Square Theater School. It was at Oneonta where she found her love for directing. A professor of hers suggested she enter a competition to have the school fund a show for her to direct. She didn’t know it then - but she was about to embark on a journey that would lead her to not only work professionally as a Stage Manager & Actor, but to teach theater to all ages (3 through adult) before finally ending up here.

Rose hopes to go on to get her Masters in both education and directing and open up her own theater/community center in the future.

ENSEMBLE, DEALER / UNDERSTUDY NICK

HE/HIM | Elliot is excited to be participating in his first Fort Salem Theatre production! His last time performing was a year ago at Hubbard Hall, where he played as Beetlejuice in the Broadway version of the show. Other roles that he played in high school theatre include Willy Wonka in “Willy Wonka,” Giles Ralston in “The Mousetrap,” Mal Beineke in “The Addams Family,” and Bill Sykes in “Oliver.”

Outside of theatre, he likes to take bike rides, play video games, and listen/sing to music in his free time.

Elliot would like to thank the cast and directors team for making this such an awesome experience and wholesome place, and would like to thank everyone who comes to the shows and hopes you all enjoy what everyone here poured their heart and soul into.

ENSEMBLE, LILY

SHE/HER | Isabella is thrilled to be in this production of "Jagged Little Pill." Her theater experience started quite early with her staring in shows at a very young age. Some shows include, "The Little Mermaid Jr" (Arista), "Hadestown The Musical" (Featured Ensemble), "Spongebob The Musical" (Spongebob) and many more.

Isabella is beyond thrilled to be with this amazing company and to expand her horizons.

ENSEMBLE, KELSEY

SHE/HER | Evelyn is so excited to be in this production of “Jagged Little Pill”! Her past favorite roles include: being in the ensemble of "Anastasia," Crutchie in "Newsies Jr.," Charlie Bucket in "Willy Wonka," and Jane in "Mary Poppins."

ENSEMBLE, DANNI

SHE/HER | Ryan is a freshman at Salem Washington Academy and has already built an impressive resume onstage.

Some of her notable roles include “The Lion King Jr.” (Nala), “The Little Mermaid Jr.” (Ariel), and most recently Katherine Blake in “Freaky Friday.”
She has also brought strong ensemble work to productions like "Bridges of Madsion County" and “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” at Fort Salem Theater, and multiple other shows in her school's drama club.

Beyond the stage, Ryan is a dedicated musician, having participated in her school’s international choir program and performing in multiple honor bands.

THEY/THEM | Isabel is thrilled to be returning to the Fort Salem stage, where they starred in the fall 2025 production of "Romeo and Juliet" (Juliet).

Isabel was the 2025 Massachusetts National High School Musical Theater (Jimmy) Awards Nominee for their role as Belle in "Beauty and the Beast". Other favorites include "The Prom" (Emma), "Tuck Everlasting" (Winnie Foster), "Matilda the Musical" (Matilda, Miss Trunchbull), and "The Music Man" (Zaneeta), among others.

Isabel is an award winning actor, director, and musician from Central Massachusetts, and is an incoming sophomore at Bennington College where they study environmental science, data science, and literature.

ENSEMBLE, PHARMACIST, DR. GARDNER

Meghan is thrilled to be back on stage at Fort Salem Theater. Recent credits include the world premiere of Solstice: A New Musical (Ensemble), Sweeney Todd (Beggar Woman), RENT (Ensemble, "Seasons of Love" Soloist), Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Narrator), and Oliver! (Nancy).

Meghan is honored to be part of this production and grateful for the opportunity to create theatre alongside such a dedicated company of artists. She sends her love to her family and friends for their endless encouragement and support.

BELLA FOX

Arianna is thrilled to be in another Fort Salem show after joining the creative team choreographing “The Bridges of Madison County” most recently. She also had a blast originating the role of “Young Pennie” in "Good For You" by our very own ensemble member and superstar Mel Magri!

Arianna is a proud student at The Institute for American Musical Theater and intends on completing her program in May 2027.

Some of Arianna's FST favorites include "Kinky Boots" (Lauren), “Spring Awakening” (Wendla), and "Bright Star" (Margo). Other credits include "Solstice: A Staged Reading of The New Musical" (Swing), and "YES! The Musical Parody" (Bridesmaid).

She’d like to thank her mom and dad, family, best friends, and the FST fam for their endless support, love, and hugs.

HE/HIM | Lenny is very humbled and grateful to have been cast in Fort Salem Theater’s production of Jagged Little Pill.

It’s been 35 years since he’s performed on stage and is nervous and excited to be making his FST debut with such a stellar cast.

Lenny would like to thank his children Ricky and Sophia for their endless support and for inspiring him to get back on stage in the first place.

SHE/THEY | Mel is so excited to be back onstage for the first time in a while!

Mel is a playwright, songwriter, and published poet who recently worked on Fort Salem Theater productions of “The Laramie Project” (Sound Designer), “Tick, Tick…Boom!” (Stage Manager), “Into the Woods” (Assistant Stage Manager), “ICU” (Stage Manager), “Macbethany” (Stage Manager), “Sweeney Todd” (Stage Manager), and “Kinky Boots” (Stage Manager).

She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Music and Music Business from Five Towns College where she graduated valedictorian of her class, and has worked in many facets of the arts both on and off stage.

FRANKIE HEALY

ANY/ALL PRONOUNS | Erin is super excited to make their debut on the Fort Salem stage!

Erin just finished their freshman at Long Island University where they are studying Musical Theatre. Erin’s previous theatre credits have been “She Blows” (Stevie) at LIU, “Head Over Heels” (Gynecia/Pythio) at the New Haven Academy of Performing Arts, and “Legally Blonde” (Brooke Wyndham) with Shared Stage Productions.

They want to thank their parents for making the 3 hour drive so that they can do this, and the cast of Jagged Little Pill for being so welcoming!

ANDREW MONTEFIORE

HE/HIM | Vincent is excited to return to Fort Salem Theater for his 5th time, where he was previously seen in ""Bridges of Madison County"" (Ensemble), ""Romeo and Juliet""(Paris), ""Kinky Boots""(Ensemble), and ""Our Town"" (Howie Newsome). He also appeared in several productions in the area from Bennington, to Dorset, to Rutland.

Vincent Panetta is a also a proud member of SAG-AFTRA, and occasionally works as a professionally actor. Vincent gained national attention after placing 9th in the NYC Timothee Chalamet 2024 lookalike contest, with features from Vogue, New York Times, and others.

Vincent will also appear in ""Picasso in the Lapin Agile"" as Elvis Presley at Bennington Theater in September.

ENSEMBLE, COURTNEY, PHOEBE, UNDERSTUDY JO

SHE/HER/THEY/THEM | Mo is thrilled to make her Fort Salem Theatre debut in "Jagged Little Pill." They were most recently seen playing and performing in a devised Campfire Cabaret at Florida Studio Theatre with "The Kindred Spirits".

A recent Ithaca College graduate with dual degrees in Theatre Studies and Music, Mo has recently returned to Upstate New York to begin her role as Development Associate at SPAC.

She is grateful to be surrounded once again by the region's vibrant artistic community. There truly is no place like home.

ENSEMBLE, LANCER

HE/HIM | Josha is so excited to be returning to Fort Salem Theater, after last appearing as one of the angels in “Kinky Boots!”

Josha is currently studying at NYU and can’t wait to share this amazing show with you all! Previous theater credits include, “Oklahoma” (Cord Elam) at NYU’s Gallatin Theater Troupe , “Addams Family” (Lucas), and “Into the Woods” (Rapunzel’s Prince) at Hubbard Hall!

Josha wants all his friends and family to have a blast listening to all these unforgettable songs!

PHOENIX

HE/HIM | Nik is very excited to make his Fort Salem Theater debut. He is a rising Junior at Muhlenberg College where he studies theater and music.

This fall Nik will be studying at the Terry Knickerbocker Studio in New York City for acting. This past spring, he lived abroad in Vienna, Austria where he studied music.

Most notable credits include The Young Americans Dinner Theater 2025, Muhlenberg College’s production of Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812, plus his introspective musical creative works of Nik Nik Boom, and From Stage to Screen and Back Again by Berg’ Productions.

HE/HIM | Everett Short (Ensemble) makes his Fort Salem Theater debut in this production of "Jagged Little Pill". Everett has recently graduated from South Glens Falls High School, and will be attending Salve Regina University this fall.

Previous theater credits include "Mamma Mia" (Sky), "Mary Poppins" (Bert), and "Hadestown: Teen Edition" (Dance-Captain) at South Glens Falls High School, as well as "Seussical" (Wickersham) at Broadway Upstate.

ENSEMBLE, CHARLIE

Seth is exhilarated to have their Fort Salem debut in “Jagged Little Pill.” Seth is a South Glens Falls High School graduate and works as a barista.

Previous theater credits include “The Prom” (Kevin) with Proctors Collaborative School of the Arts. As well as “Something Rotten” (Nigel Bottom), and Tuck Everlasting” (Hugo Jackson) at South Glens Falls High School.

They want to dedicate this performance to their fans.

MARY JANE HEALY

SHE/HER | Kelly Sienkiewicz (Mary Jane Healy) is elated to be returning to the Fort Salem stage after previously performing in The Rocky Horror Show (Magenta/Usherette), Sweeney Todd (Ensemble, u/s Mrs. Lovett), Godspell (Kelly), Into the Woods (Florinda), and The Pirates of Penzance (Isabel, u/s Ruth/Mabel/Edith/Kate). Other credits include 1776 (Martha Jefferson), Boeing, Boeing (Gretchen), The Revolutionists (Marie Antoinette), She Loves Me (Ilona), 9 to 5 (Judy), The Wild Party (Kate), Barefoot in the Park (Corie Bratter), Young Frankenstein (Inga), Hairspray (Velma Von Tussle), Mary Poppins (Mary Poppins), Jekyll & Hyde (Lucy), The Marvelous Wonderettes (Missy; Suzy), Heathers (Heather Chandler), Little Shop of Horrors (Audrey), Nunsense (Sister Mary Amnesia), and Legally Blonde (Elle Woods).

Kelly dedicates all of her performances in memory of her mother, Kathleen, who inspired her love of theatre.

STEVE HEALY

HE/HIM | Jared is thrilled to be back on the Fort Salem stage once again. He has been both onstage as a performer and behind the scenes as a music director or pianist.

Onstage, he was most recently seen in Snow Business, Footloose (Reverend Moore), Bright Star (Daddy Murphy), Pride and Prejudice (Wickham/Collins) and The Diary of Anne Frank (Otto Frank) here at Fort Salem. Other favorite roles are Ragtime (Younger Brother), A New Brain (Roger), Guys and Dolls (Sky Masterson) and Cabaret (Cliff).

Jared has recently appeared behind the keys for Rocky Horror, Kinky Boots, The Drowsy Chaperone, and Little Shop of Horrors and White Christmas, AIDA and Gypsy at Firehouse Theatre.

NICK HEALY

HE/HIM | Josh is ecstatic to be making his Fort Salem Theater debut. A graduate of SUNY New Paltz, Josh is a digital political strategist and business owner who can usually be found on a work call or campaigning around the country when not on stage.

Previous credits include: “Rent” (Mark) with Glens Falls Community Theater, “Solstice: A New Musical” (James), where he has originated the role across multiple workshops and productions since 2023, and Spring Awakening (Moritz) at SUNY New Paltz.

Josh would like to thank his fiancée, Adara, his family, and his cats for their support.

DIRECTOR/INTIMACY CHOREOGRAPHER

SHE/HER | Hannah Williams was recently named Managing Director of the award-winning Chester Theatre Company in the Berkshires, and directed Fort Salem Theater’s production of “The Bridges of Madison County” this season.

In 2025, Hannah served full time as Williamstown Theatre Festival’s Audience Engagement Manager, while working across the country as a freelance director, intimacy choreographer and intimacy coordinator, nonprofit arts consultant, and producer. She has directed a section of Kerrigan-Lowdermilk’s THE MAD ONES as a member of their groundbreaking digital lab, Romeo and Juliet (Samuel-Lancaster Productions); A Midsummer Night's Dream (Montford Park Players); The History of the Devil (Brainchild Creative); and assistant directing Green Day’s American Idiot (Encore Theatrical Company) and the regional premiere of Once (Centre Stage).

Hannah is Associate Faculty with Theatrical Intimacy Education and has worked as an intimacy choreographer and coordinator across New England, the Southeast, New York, and China, working as one of the first intimacy coordinators in the country.

She works with arts organizations on audience development, relationship building, equitable policies and procedures, and leads summits prioritizing work culture and future planning. Hannah holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Millikin University.

MUSIC DIRECTOR

Iris is a graduate of Purchase College Conservatory (2017) where she graduated with a Bachelor of Music with a focus in Operatic Studies and Vocal Performance. She has previously performed on the Fort Salem Theater stage in the productions of “The Bridges of Madison County” (Francesca), “The Marvelous Wonderettes” (Cindy Lou), “Little Shop of Horrors” (Audrey), “Spring Awakening” (Thea), “The Pirates of Penzance” (Kate), “Into the Woods” (Cinderella) and “There is No Business Like Snow Business” 2022 & 2023.

In her time at Purchase, she performed the roles of Hänsel in “Hänsel und Gretel,” Rebecca Nurse in “The Crucible,” and double cast as Arnalta and Nutrice in “L'incoronazione di Poppea.”

In December of 2022, Iris musically directed her first show, “Legally Blonde,” quickly followed by “The Lion King Junior,” and Fort Salem Theater’s “The Rocky Horror Show” and “Kinky Boots”.

She also owns a local business in Hebron, (Homestead Hemp 1787) and is well known on TikTok for sharing mysterious stories about her family farm.

ASSISTANT MUSIC DIRECTOR / PIANIST

SHE/HER | Jess is delighted to be returning to Fort Salem Theatre! She previously music-directed their productions of “The Bridges of Madison County” and “Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street ,” and was the principal rehearsal and pit orchestra pianist for their 2024 production of Into the Woods!

Jess has been a professional pianist for over 23 years and a saxophone player for almost 20 years. Jess has performed in copious pits across the state! More recently, in the Capitol Region, she performed piano and various woodwind instruments in SLOC’s Dreamgirls, Peter and the Starcatcher, Spring Awakening, Matilda, and Clifton Park’s Not So Common Players productions of Gypsy, and Little Shop of Horrors! She additionally directed a youth production of Mean Girls at SLOC in November of 2024! Jess was even the lead in the production of SLOC’s It Shoulda Been You (Jenny) in 2023!! Jess has played in pit orchestras for schools and community theaters, and in various music ensembles (both instrumental and vocal), and has acted on stage across NY since she was 12.

Jess holds a BA and MA in Music Education from SUNY Fredonia and just received her Doctorate in Education at the University of Buffalo.

Jess is thrilled to return to the Music Director hot seat at Fort Salem and wishes the cast and crew much luck in their performances, as she is immensely proud of them for their hard work and passion. She would also like to thank her husband, Peter, for being her rock in every area of her life, her compass in stormy moments, her fellow musician in various pits, and the reason she got back into the theater.

CHOREOGRAPHER

SHE/HER | Sarah is thrilled to be back at Fort Salem, where she recently directed “Ripcord,” directed and appeared in “Our Town” in 2024, directed and choregraphed “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” in 2023, and appeared in “Pride and Prejudice” (Mrs. Bennet) in 2022. Sarah has also appeared at Hubbard Hall as Kate in “Dancing at Lughnasa,” and directed Sarah Ruhl's “Eurydice.”

Sarah is co-director of Tiny Box Theater with whom she has participated as dramaturg, story collaborator, voice artist, performer, and tiny box operator in New York City and on the road in Massachusetts, Toronto, and at the Edinburgh Festival in Scotland. Sarah directed “Romeo & Juliet,” “Comedy of Errors,” “Macbeth,” and “As You Like It” at the Browning School in Manhattan, where she also wrote and directed several very short plays for very young actors. Some of Sarah’s favorite acting appearances have been with Bakerloo Theatre Project in Round Lake, Troy, and New York City (Beatrice in Much Ado; Viola in Twelfth Night, Varya in The Cherry Orchard, Masha in Three Sisters and others) and at the theater at Bread Loaf in Ripton, VT (Cassandra in “Troilus and Cressida,” ensemble in “U.S.A.”). 

Sarah has trained in a variety of dance forms since age 4, and is not physically capable of hearing 90s music without moving. She is delighted to bring this side of herself to Fort Salem.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR/STAGE MANAGER

THEY/SHE | Amelia is a multi-disciplinary artist and emerging director from Glens Falls, NY, and is excited to be making their Fort Salem Theatre debut.

A recent graduate of SUNY Fredonia (Class of '25), Amelia's work spans performance, direction, dramaturgy, and stage combat. By combining their experience on and off stage, they strive to create collaborative and innovative theatre that challenges expectations of what the world can be.  

Most recently, they made their directorial debut in the Charles R Wood Theater's 24 Hour Play Festival, where they were awarded Judges' Choice: Best Director.  Additional credits include Dolls of New Albion (Assistant Director, SUNY Fredonia), Princess Hamlet (Dramaturg, Circle Theatre Festival), The Baltimore Waltz (Dramaturg, SUNY Fredonia), Fairview (Dramaturg, SUNY Fredonia), Steel Speaks (Fight Director, SUNY Fredonia), A Midsummer Night's Dream (Choreographer/Fight Captain, Commonwealth Shakespeare Company), and Candide (Choreographer, SUNY Fredonia).

As a performer, Amelia most recently appeared as Viola in Twelfth Night at SUNY Fredonia.  They are also an Intermediate Actor Combatant with the Society of American Fight Directors, holding certifications in unarmed, single sword, rapier & dagger, broadsword, and quarterstaff.  

Amelia would like to thank everyone on the team at Fort Salem.  They are also so grateful to their family, friends, partner, and mentors for all of their love and support.

SOUND DESIGN

HE/HIM | Andre Valverde is excited to be back with Fort Salem behind the boards of The Bridges of Madison County. This is his third show with them after last year's "Kinky Boots" & "Newsies Jr.". He also ran sound for their 2026 Season Announcement Show. Andre is a 2024 graduate from Suny Schnectady Community College with an AS in Audio Engineering. He also works for R'ville Stage Creations, where he recently lent his talents to their production of "The Addams Family"

LIGHTING DESIGNER

HE/HIM | Zak is a graduate of Salem Washington Academy (Class of 2005), who earned his degree from the State University of New York at Potsdam and the Crane School of Music in 2009. Since 2018, he has served as the Band and Choral Director at Salem Washington Academy, where he also leads the high school drama program.

Having grown up performing onstage and working behind the scenes at Fort Salem Theater, Zak most recently returned to FST music directed Youth Theatre productions of "The Wizard of Oz" and "Schoolhouse Rock Live!"

RESIDENT SCENIC DESIGNER

HE/HIM | Charles/Chuck is a well-rounded artist with experience in creative writing, HDR photography, graphic design and 3D rendering, improvisational piano, original song composition and scenic design for theater. While attending Southern Vermont College 2001-2005 (bachelor’s in liberal arts) he worked summers at Old Castle Theater in Bennington, VT (2000 to 2005) where he learned, by observation, the creative nuances of set design as he worked as a stagehand. Charles is currently the Resident Scenic Designer and an Artistic Associate for Fort Salem Theater where, in October 2021, he debuted a design for The Diary of Anne Frank. In the 2022 season, he went on to design: Little Shop of Horrors, Steel Magnolias, Pride and Prejudice, Grease, The Wizard of Oz: Youth Edition, Bright Star, I Love You Because, Spring Awakening, You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown, Footloose,  The Little Mermaid Jr., The Pirates of Penzance, The Rocky Horror Slow, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Into the Woods, Beethoven, Godspell, Mary Poppins, The Drowsy Chaperone, Kinky Boots, and Tick, Tick…Boom!, along with designing Grant’s Ghost for Hubbard Hall on the side. Charles has also directed Shakespeare’s Titus Andronicus in 2004 at his then-former High School, and The Glass Menagerie at Southern Vermont College in 2009.

Prior to his work at Fort Salem Theater, Charles has over eight years of set design experience, artistic/stage directing, assistant directing and serving as a theatrical creative-solutions consultant (for a local high school drama club). Shows he has designed there include: The Diary of Anne Frank (2007), Once Upon a Mattress, Rumors, The Importance of Being Earnest, Beauty and the Beast, Into the Woods, Twelve Angry Jurors, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, And Then There Were None, The Sound of Music, Noises Off, Shrek the Musical, and ended his run there with The Mousetrap (2015).

After taking some time away from theatrical design Charles feels truly thankful and honored to reignite his passion for design at Fort Salem Theater and is very honored to have helped design Grant’s Ghost for Hubbard Hall.

AUDITION ACCOMPANIST & MUSICIAN COORDINATOR

PRODUCER / PROPS DESIGNER

SHE/HER | Courtnie is a theatre artist, director, and designer who is proud to call Washington County home. Originally from Greenwich, NY, Courtnie studied Business Administration at SUNY Adirondack before graduating from The Institute for American Musical Theater in New York City (Class of 2019). After a few years in NYC, she returned upstate “just for a few weeks” in March 2020—and never left. Since then, she’s continued building a full and varied career in the performing arts, right in her own community.

Courtnie’s theatre experience spans acting, directing, lighting design, stage management, and hair/wig design, with credits ranging from NYC’s Hudson Classical Theater to regional companies like SLOC, GF Community Theater, and Fort Salem Theater—her second home.

She’s performed in roles like Alice Murphy (Bright Star), Martha (Secret Garden), and Baker’s Wife (Into the Woods), and directed productions including Godspell and Footloose. She was named an Artistic Associate at Fort Salem Theater in 2022, became the Secretary of the Board in January of 2025, and currently serves as the organization’s Interim Executive and Artistic Director.

In addition to her theatre work, Courtnie has been with Arrow Bank in Salem since early 2024, balancing her creative work with a strong connection to the local community. She’s grateful to be part of a theater that values collaboration, inclusivity, and heart—and looks forward to helping Fort Salem Theater continue to grow and thrive.

CO-PRODUCER / COSTUME DESIGNER

HE/HIM | Kyle has three decades of creating award-winning theatre under his belt, working as a producer, director, choreographer, designer, and performer. His work has been seen all across the US, from Cape Cod, to Boston, Arizona and Dallas, to New York and has been recognized by the AriZoni Awards of Excellence, BroadwayWorld Awards, Column Awards, Annie Award, MET Awards, and MHSDG Awards, among others.

Most recently, Kyle took a brief sabbatical from Fort Salem Theater to serve as Company Manager for the esteemed Williamstown Theatre Festival, where he led a company of 350 artists and staff members. There, he worked alongside the talents of Pamela Anderson, Amber Heard, Nicholas Alexander Chavez, Susan Sarandon, Kate Walsh, Chris Messina, Brandon Flynn, Whitney Peak, William Jackson Harper, Elizabeth Lail, Tonatiuh, Jensen McRae, among many others.

At Fort Salem Theater, he has directed and choreographed “Salem Under The Stars,” “The Marvelous Wonderettes,” “Next to Normal,” “There’s No Business Like Snow Business,” “Grease,” “The Pirates of Penzance,” “Agnes of God,” and “Mary Poppins” and has designed costumes for FST’s “Pride & Prejudice,” “Grease,” and “Bright Star.” Other direction and choreography credits include “Hairspray,” “Evita,” “White Christmas,” “Fiddler on the Roof,” “Guys and Dolls,” “The Music Man,” Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat,” “West Side Story,” “Into the Woods,” “RENT,” “The Rink,” “Little Shop of Horrors,” “A Chorus Line,” “Chicago,” “La Cage aux Folles,” and “Cabaret.”

Kyle is humbled to be the executive and artistic director of Fort Salem Theater, and in June 2023, was named one of the Top 10 New York State LGBTQ+ Leaders by I ❤️ NY.
