Fundraise through Fort Salem! There’s no “catch!”

Turn our ticket sales into dollars for your organization!

Fort Salem Theater is proud to support local non-profits, schools, booster clubs, community groups, and fundraisers through our new Community Fundraiser Ticket Program

Here’s how it works:

  • If your organization promotes a Fort Salem Theater performance and your supporters purchase tickets using your unique fundraiser promo code, your group earns money back based on total tickets sold.

  • To qualify, you must sell a minimum of 10 tickets to one mainstage show, but you are not required to pre-purchase the seats. Tickets can be purchased by anyone in your network up to 24 hours before the event.

  • Fundraiser tickets cannot be combined with any other sales or promotions.

It’s an easy, fun way to raise funds while giving your community a great night out at the theatre.

How Much Can Your Organization Earn?

Sell 10–19 tickets, receive 10% back
Sell 20+ tickets, receive 20% back

Ticket totals are calculated based on purchases made using your fundraiser promo code.

Who Can Participate?

This program is open to:

  • 501(c)(3) non-profits

  • School clubs and booster organizations

  • Community fundraisers

  • Local teams and youth groups

  • Service groups and civic organizations

  • Local community, needs-based applicants

If you’re raising money for a good cause, we want to help!

Please note, we respectfully do not host fundraisers that are promoting political elections or individual voting parties.

How It Works:

  1. Fill out the Fundraiser Request Form below.

  2. Our team will review your request and confirm your fundraiser details.

  3. Fort Salem Theater will send you:

    • A custom promo code

    • A unique QR code to track sales

  4. You promote the event to your supporters.

  5. After the performance, we total your ticket sales and issue your fundraiser payout within 14 days!

Please allow 2-4 business days for fundraiser approval. Fort Salem Theater reserves the right to approve or decline any Fundraiser requests at any time.
