Fort Salem Theater’s production of The Laramie Project is committed to honoring the integrity, authenticity, and journalistic nature of the original script. Because the play is constructed from real interviews and verbatim dialogue surrounding the events in Laramie, Wyoming, actors should be aware that the script includes explicit language, including homophobic slurs and other offensive terms.

We approach this material with care, sensitivity, and a deep commitment to fostering a supportive rehearsal environment.
